Please don’t visit thinking it will be like other novotels. This hotel is more like a travelodge. Extremely run down and dirty. The only lift they have is falling apart. In the rooms the Toilet is separate from the bathroom and has no basin. No fridge or phone to call for room service. Stains on the worn out carpets, stains on the walls, on the bedding. We thought it was just the room we were allocated so asked to be moved only to find it’s the same in every room. The staff were lovely and willing to accommodate in any way they could so I can’t fault them.

Great location for our trip to Coventry City football club. The hotel rooms are in need of a bit of TLC but the bed was very comfortable, the shower was great. The staff throughout the hotel were great, a credit to the organisation.
