"3rd time of staying here, 2nd time I couldn’t have a warm shower in the morning. Rooms do need updating, however very clean. Staff friendly on the whole, however uninterested when I complained about the shower. Food was great in the bar, good atmosphere, and recently refurbished. "

"Superb staff, friendly staff, rooms were superb ,very clean,hotel in excellent location for canals and bars, free hot drinks throughout day,parking was easy and safe,unfortunately didnt stay for breakfast, but smelt beautiful. Next time i come to Birmingham this is where i will stay"
