"Only a few little things There was no menu in our room or how to order for room service . Room was a little on the small side but clean We only had on set of towels and there was two of us Staff where friendly and polite There was some grout missing the bathroom and a little paint on the door would I understand it sounds petty but little things can make all the difference "

"Stay was very nice although really disliked that dogs were allowed in the property. When we arrived there was a dog doing its business at the entrance to the reception, there was a dog in the dining area when we were having breakfast one morning and we could here a dog barking constantly from a room down the hall. It is not ideal and unhygienic. Also the rooms were extremely warm! Staff friendly and breakfast was lovely."

"Poor check in service, check in supposed to be from 3 pm. By 3:30 pm, the room wasn't ready and the system was down to check guests in anyway. Made it a pain when attending a conference "

"Room had an ensuite which did not have a door and was open to the bedroom, therefore the shower was at the head of the bed and worse still the toilet was just in one corner of the room. Went to reception and was told that was what I had booked and therefore there was nothing that they would do about it as I booked via Expedia and not directly with themselves. I won't be using Hilton again!!"

"The hotel was clean and tidy, we had a good stay. We had a family room which I will say is tiny, was a tight fit for the three of us and we found the master bed quite hard, but could be preference... Overall good stay, breakfast was very good."
