Very conveniently located. Good food, friendly and very helpful staff. We were able to park in one the few tight spots available alingside the white building. The doors accessing our room did not securely close although we were able to lock the room door once inside. Overall good stay.

Very disappointed on first view as it didn't match up to the picture on the website. We were surprised to see major outside work which began at six am each morning.Our bedrooms were in a separate building adjacent to the hotel. The facilities in the bedroom were adequate for two people but there was insufficient tea/milk also only one hand towel and water glass. One positive was we were very near to the theatre which was our main reason for visiting Stratford upon Avon. Otherwise our stay at the hotel was disappointing. We will be returning to the Pen and Parchment.

Perfect in every way. Room superb with all that u need. Comfy bed and very clean. Perfect location next to river basin. We ate at night which along with breakfast was faultless but from check in to check out the staff were awesome with genuine attention to detail. Will be back and will recommend

Accommodation is right in the centre where all the action is in Stratford upon Avon, perfect for sight seeing, bars and restaurants. Very reasonably priced for this area, room was very spacious with a large window with a view. Tea coffee facilities, iron and ironing board, little seating space and a desk. There was a fan in the room which was perfect and needed as it was a warm day outside. With it being a pub below and the room looking over the pub outside garden, it was a little noisy but expected! Staff were very polite and helpful! Would stay here again!
