The atmosphere of the hostel was very friendly and welcoming. I liked the idea of being able to choose between catering for yourself and using the restaurant facilities. The lounge was also a very relaxing environment and the grounds were lovely first thing in the morning

An excellent hotel!
Very friendly and helpful staffs especially the young man who can speak Cantonese, he gave us some tips for traveling in Birmingham which is very useful!
Cleanliness room having all things we needed; good location with a walking distance to town center and lovely delicious breakfast!
Will definitely come back again when we needed.

The staff went out of their way to be helpful and found us really good local places to eat. It’s a comfortable hotel in a nice neighbourhood really convenient for Cadbury World and Edgbaston Cricket Ground

We were very pleased with the Hotel in general, but the night staff do not control unruly customers. children were running up and down corridors and parents so drunk, they had no idea what the kids were doing. We could not find a member of staff

We found that Matt at reception gave us exceptional service helping us with our room key entry problem and although we stayed for a night we needed our car to visit family in the evening he went out of his way to keep our car park space free for our return. The room was spotless thanks to James.
