Noisy until past 2am ...shouting..screaming etc. Mentioned it to the reception in the morning..who was just not bothered at all...like "Yeh it happens a lot"

Lovely staff however, stains on wall, small room for 3 adult's. Smell of soap not nice, tv didnt work, not enough plug sockets
Well located for China Town, the Theatres, Canals, and Gay Village. Simple but well maintained facilities. Good cafe (hot chocolate or coffee £1.50 or beer £3), beer and a pizza for less than £10.

Very basic like you’d expect. Shower smelt really mad.
It was a comfortable stay. However, the room would be improved by the addition of a comfortable chair. The plastic stool provided or the edge of the bed are not adequate.

The hotel was very value for money, all the facilities you need for a decent price.
We stayed at this hotel last week. It was clean and the staff were friendly. The only disappointment was no kettle in our room so we had to go down five floors for hot water and the bed was uncomfortable but overall it is convenient to the O2 and very convenient to the bull ring for shopping.
