The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom sink was almost blocked but we mentioned it to reception and I got the clear impression they would deal with it immediately! "Well appointed room, comfortable bed, quality fittings. The staff we helpful and efficient. The hotel is a bit of a warren but has all the things you would want to find. It is convenient for the touristic parts of Stratford-upon-Avon and the walk to the RSC is a comfortable 15 minute stroll."
