The DoubleTree by Hilton Stratford-upon-Avon

10/10 Excellent

"The staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay, from check-in to answering our questions about breakfast and accommodating dietary requirements. Their friendly and attentive service was greatly appreciated. The hotel was very well maintained overall, and the standard of upkeep was impressive. My only constructive feedback would be that the external windows would benefit from being upgraded, as there were visible signs of black rot. Addressing this would further enhance the appearance and overall standard of the property."

The Swans Nest Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"We recently stayed here and had a truly wonderful experience. The room was exceptional—spotlessly clean, wonderfully bright, and remarkably spacious, making it a very relaxing space to unwind. The staff were a real highlight of the trip, always polite, attentive, and eager to help with a smile. Our only minor gripe was that there didn't appear to be a vegetarian option available for the full English breakfast, which would have been a welcome addition to an otherwise brilliant morning menu. Overall, a fantastic place to stay that I would gladly recommend to others!"

Holiday Inn Express Warwick - Stratford-upon-Avon by IHG

8/10 Good

"Room was clean but air con/heating did not reach the suggested temperature. Receptionist made a note of this when we mentioned it on leaving. Breakfast good, especially 2nd day when they provided warm plates! Bar was disappointing. Nothing to do with the staff but the selection of drinks was poor. There was no ale/proper beer, only lagers. There was a selection of fruited 'ciders' (known in our house as a fruit cocktail) but no pure cider containing only apples. The staff were excellent."

Macdonald Alveston Manor Hotel & Spa

8/10 Good

"Overall, the hotel is quite nice. Unfortunately, it’s challenging to contact the front desk from the rooms and we had to request three times to get a second set of towels for the two of us. The air conditioning wasn’t turned on so the room was quite stuffy as the windows do not open. The location was superb, the staff friendly, and the room was comfortable. Overall, a nice experience."

Holiday Inn Leamington Spa - Warwick by IHG

10/10 Excellent

"The Holiday Inn Leamington Spa was perfect to stay in on an overnight stay, clean, warm and welcoming. Friendly staff from the off, both in reception and the bar/restaurant area. Extremely comfortable bed in our room meant we were well rested for the second part of our journey to the South Coast. The only minor issue was that the carpark was not very well lit after dark. All in all we would thoroughly recommend staying in the Holiday Inn."
