Great historical hotel, poorly run Hilton.
"Love the history of the hotel and the brownie story. Front desk always had a line. When calling the front desk, hold time was too long. Offered bottled free water, but the desk was out when we requested. Felt like a number and not a guest."

"The hotel is a bit old. It's great if you're looking to stay in a property with a historical aspect. Check-in was troubling. I don't recall on the Hotel's description here on Expedia or on their own website that the deposit was $400 up front. I stayed for 6 days so that should have been around $170. ..."
