This place was buetiful but don’t expect there to be 15 bars as it is connected to 2 other properties but you can only visit the one so it’s more like 5 bars and 3 pools, it was a nice place but Expedia is misleading in there description.

Since we arrive to the hotel the service was horrible and the elevator is really bad we wait about an 1hrs to 2 hrs just to get in the elevator and the house keeping ever clean our room and we have to call them just to get clean towel so im not suggesting for people to stay here…

Very poor wifi. Property not maintained as good as previous visits (when it was Liki Tiki). Didn't used to have to pay for parking or for the use of the bikes.

Pool was warm pool staff was cold and not friendly at all at the pool. Room was clean but we had to have TV serviced EVERY night, and didnt have a TV in room the first two nights. My son whonis on the spectrum needs the noise to fall asleep
