"Thi is BY FAR the best hotel experience I have had in my many visits to Bengaluru and other cities in India. The front desk staff is EXCELLENT. The property is beautiful and very flexible for meetings and events. I had an event in the Saffron restaurant and the Service Staff and food was exceptional. I am so grateful for the extra care and kindness I received. Thanks you all for such a beautiful & stress free experience!"

"Great hotel!! Everything was amazing except the spa staff and cold steam room and hot tub!! Spa closes at 10 but they start shutting things off earlier as the staff want to leave! We experienced this when we went at 8.30.. "

"Overall a very nice hotel! But at the highest level it lacks certain finer things. One weird thing is its location of its two elevators. Given the expanse / layout of the structure there should have elevators on both ends. It is almost a long rectangular building. So if your room happens to be on the far end it can be a walk particularly for elderly or someone with a disability! That’s one downside of this otherwise beautiful property "
