This property is as you would expect, it is as described and the pictures are representative. Above this I would say staff are super attentive, big shout out to to door men and ladies. Housekeeping ON 3rd were the absolute best, they really did excellent job, supper clean room and so helpfull when i wasn't 100%. Great team, lovely hotel

Comfy bed. From the moment you get to the property, the staff are fantastic. The pool area is clean and towels refreshed throughout the day. The restaurant is good and the bar lovely, with lots of spirit options. The rooms are very clean and modern and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning was not too noisy.

Location is great as it's close to a bus stop and Metro station (10-minute walk). There's also lots of nice restaurants nearby, as well as shopping. The hotel itself is great. The rooms are quiet and dark, which I really appreciate.

Staff was very moody. No “welcome to Delhi or welcome to Connaught”… not a smile in sight. It felt like an interrogation. Same lady at checkout - same attitude. (Sakshi) Rooms small, corridors dark, no ambiance… like a haunted hotel. Abysmal.

What sets this property apart from others is the staff. They were helpful, kind and really cared about delivering top notch service to guests. Nothing was too much. Plus it is part of the Taj group, and it shows. Only downside are costly dining and drinks, though quality is high.Central location A superb value for money hotel.

This was an absolutely wonderful stay. On our first night in the city, we stayed at a smaller cheaper hotel that looked great in pictures, but they were obviously heavily doctored and in some cases outright fake; it was shady in person, and felt very unsafe (someone was vigorously rattling and shaking the doorknob trying to get in at 2am!). Because of this, I decided to change hotels upgrade for safety as woman traveling alone abroad, and chose the Connaught and I’m SO glad we stayed here! The security and safety felt top notch, and the staff were so kind and gracious and attentive; I felt like I was some sort of VIP. This was probably the nicest hotel I ever stayed in, and the room service food was wonderful. I wish I had stayed here from the beginning instead of wasting time and money on the other hotel, but I’m glad I was able to spend two nights here at the end of my stay. I loved the colorful tiger statue in the lobby! I had a great view of the stadium which was also really nice. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

The hotel's staff were just wonderful with Robin & Anil leading the way. Good location, rooms clean & comfortable, and the food did not disappoint. Would certainly stay there again if I was ever in the area.

The hotel is within walking distance of Connaught Place which has some great restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was good, the pool area was small but fine for a dip and lounge.
