The hotel is 2 mins from the Elizabeth Line so if you're coming from Heathrow, £12 will get you straight to Paddington in 30 minutes. "We had a pleasant stay. Only downside was that we booked the property because we wanted one with a pool. The pool was very very cold and we couldn’t stay in for more than 2 minutes because of this. We then decided we would go in the sauna to warm up and the sauna smelled as if the wood was actually burning. Too hot to even breathe in there so we swiftly exited. The steam room was much better in terms of temperature. The room was very clean apart from a brown coffee-like stain on the bedsheet....

"As soon as we entered the lobby, exhausted from flying all night, we were greeted by Afife. She was so pleasant and helpful each and every day were were there, as were all of the staff. Property was central to so many sights in London. Room and hotel was clean and very comfortable…complimentary water provided each day, cafe in the lobby was perfect. "

The room was comfortable and gym was good. We cut our stay short to stay closer to the sights and the staff was incredibly gracious about the change. Thank you for having us!"
