"Amazing. I purchased the Suite with River view that was supposed to come with a free drink and breakfast in the lounge. However, when I arrived at the lounge the hostess said my room on the 53rd floor did not include access to the lounge. Luckily for me, the hotel manager was present and he invited me to stay for breakfast. I don't drink alcohol so I wasn't concerned about the free cocktail. Everyone was very nice and professional. The pool was lovely and dinner at the Chef's Table was...

"We love this hotel so much, the hotel is close to everything, you can take the hotel’s boat shuttle to the BTS train station or tourist ferry to Chinatown, temples or Khaoshan Rd,, everywhere is very convenience. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, we stayed there for 6 nights with no problems at all, we did not want to leave, we will stay there again next time when we go back Bangkok. "The hotel had a relaxed and cool environment during a major heat wave in Thailand. The staff where friendly and polite. We had a junior suite which was comfortable and cleaned regularly. A fridge/freezer and microwave were supplied along with complimentary tea, coffee, soft drinks and snacks, replaced daily. The a/c was excellent. The bed was huge and exteremely comfortable. "Comfortable stay while on a 2 night stay in Bangkok. Great location, walkable to restaurants, shopping, park, and close access to public transportation but tucked in enough to provide no street noise. Hotel provides transportation to the main street which was a nice convenience. The breakfast buffet was delicious with many types of foods to choose from. I stayed in the new wing which was a very comfortable modern room with nice cold AC. "

"We were disappointed with check in as we were told to take a seat and no one came to help us. When we asked it was clear they forgot about us. The manager rectified by proving us with drink vouchers for sky bar. One day our room had not been cleaned by 3pm . Once we called reception this was taken care of immediately. Otherwise the location and property is overall an excellent choice."
