I loved the general facilities; gym, lobby, pool. However for a hotel of this caliber the rooms are definitely not up to par. The bathroom smelled like sewage, the carpet was not clean. There was only 1 electrical outlet in the whole room which is rare even at much cheaper hotels!!!! The room definitely needed an upgrade to match the rest of the hotel and to deserve the price that the Shangri-la charges! so disappointed overall!!
