This is a 3rd world dirty filthy hotel soiled filthy carpets on every floor NO maintenance at all my toilets blocked and had to move room 1st night at 9pm. No help whatsoever from useless uninterested staff. NEVER again a disgrace

This hotel is nothing like the pictures online, totally deceiving. Rooms are totally empty, just a small table, couple of old lounge chairs, no rugs, no decorations. A few of the lady staff were nice but most don't care if you are there or not. Kitchen staff need to find a new profession because hospitality is not a word they understand. Plenty of other hotels in Bangkok, don't choose this one.

No consistency with house keeping. Had leak in bathroom and the staff did not help whatsoever. I become the vacation plumber. Staff did not assist to move to other available rooms or make any effort to help. Staff always tried to put you in most expensive taxi or other transportation that made me think they were getting kickbacks. The restaurants and operators seemed very shifty, and never saw people eating in the restaurant throughout 2 Weeks I stayed there. The housekeepers were Ok just not trained on how to be consistent. Always different number of towels, soaps and other items. Location is not bad but be prepared to walk through lots of taxis and tuk tuk drivers ready to scam you. Remember always demand to use taxi meter - if they say no - find another taxi
