The staff did serve us with a smile. People are approachable and did their best to communicate despite differences in language. Indeed, we do appreciate how the food was served (for the breakfast). All in all, the service was excellent. With this, we’re looking forward to staying at the Ambassador’s Hotel again as we visit again Thailand. Again, many thanks.

It was good staying there but the check in time was very late 2pm.. Our Flight was early arrival and we reached Hotel at 8am but they dont allow for check in as there was No Rooms available. We waited for 2-3 hrs and then we got rooms. Over all it is nice hotel to stay with family.

Had to change rooms to get a shower with at least lukewarm water. No pressure. Only a drizzle. AC struggled in both rooms. Staff was helpful, but property is old and not a 4-star IMHO.
