Hotel property is great, amenities is wonderful and clean except it is nearby to pubs that play loud bass music into the morning until 3am. Especially bad on Friday and Saturday nights. Other than that everything was excellent! 5min walk to Nana BTS and 7/11 everywhere and close to everywhere we wanted to go.

The Citadines was a nice property right in the middle of the action in sukhumvit 11. Close to a lot of restaurants and bars. Loved that it’s close to the coffee club which became my favorite go to for breakfast. Overall I was pleased with the whole stay. One downside was that I communicated with the hotel about my arrival time and asked about early check in (1am) and they said they would keep a room ready for me. And when I got there they said i had to wait til 2 pm so I had to pay for a half day which was not what was communicated. Besides that everything was fine

The combined of the bathroom and toilet would be perfect, also the shower heads fitting hook was loose, unable to secure the position of the shower heads. Other than above, the rest are perfect.

The room was excellent. It had everything i needed. There is a small but well-equipped gym and the pool is a decent length. The hotel is close to Nana BTS and nightlife. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Great hotel
Amenities, staff and cleanliness are amazing. A bit noisy in the evening but it’s understandable due to its location-right at the centre of sukhumvit action. The location is ideal for night life.
