Great location. Shame that the interior is dated and very tired looking. No security elevators, which, given proximity to town is surprising. Gym is good. Pool didn’t seem to have covered areas. All in all, stay here for the location and convenience, not the hotel per se.

I didn't check in as through the expedia reminder for check in report I discovered that my booking was booked for the wrong month.... I contacted the hotel and they were excellent in dealing with the situation: they returned the credit card payment, they booked for the proper date a month later for the same fee. It was totally a mistake on my end that never happened but I appreciated immensely their graciousness to solve this issue. the hotel had been recommended to me by a Malaysian friend , resulting in my booking and recommending ti to another friend of mine as well. I will be looking forward to staying there!

Get locations!!!! U can actually get everything nearby with all the shopping malls around it. Also the subway station is just around the corner. And lots of massage places. However because the hotel is quite old, might need some renovations. But overall had a great experience there.

The location is great, near Siam BTS, shopping and many good eateries. Services provided by front office and reception are very good. The rooms at level 18 were clean and comfortable. My family and I enjoyed the stay without any issues.
