While we enjoyed our stay I wasn't quite sure why the entry was in the side / back part of the property. It appears that maybe there was retail shopping behind the front entry at one time, this area needs to be reinvented to allow for entry from the majestic front doors of the property. Also, when we would leave from the side entrance in a cab and drive out the back into what appeared to be an ally/slum it did not leave a good impression for a Five Star property. The folks at the entry were exceptionally helpful! Especially when a cab was needed. I like the fact that they you a ticket with the cab number and destination and the hotel name on it. Very helpful and good security. The consierge service is excellent, Kelly, especially. The staff in the "Club" (52nd floor) are especially helpful and pleasant. Staff over all is very pleasant and helpful. It is too bad that many are still wearing masks. (not necessary/not effective/ scientifically proven) They make it very difficult to hear and understand. It is my impression that the restaurants/bar areas are overstaffed with greeters, just my impression. We stayed in room 5318, the balconies to our right need to be painted. Over all we enjoyed our stay and would stay at Lubua Tower again should the opportunity present itself. Thank you for the opportunity to comment.

Thailand as a whole has suffered during covid I think it’s put them back ten years. Lebua has suffered too everything seems to be on its last legs from tables rocking to doors not opening properly carpets work out. We have been going for 15 years now but unfortunately if there isn’t a refurbishment anytime soon that will be it. There are far better hotels for the money

The room I stayed had a critical issue with water in shower. Water temperature is not controlled. It gets cold quickly and then get hot suddenly. It may get affected by nearby rooms when they was hot water. Upon checking in, I was offered a downgraded room on 25th floor (different hotel?), smoking room, and two double beds whereas I clearly indicated that I cannot stay in a smoking room. Later it was fixed to a room at Tower Club. The communication was not clear why I was oferred that room upon checking. I stayed in this hotel in 2019 and I liked it much. However, this time, the condition of the room and the organization were different. I hope the manager can look into these so you can keep the good reputation of the hotel.
