Perfectly good hotel, but for the room prices I would expect a little more. Our room was not ready when we arrived, and this was barely acknowledged as an issue. We had just arrived from a similaly rated/priced hotel where we were made to incedibly welcome, where as here we were just another guest. Nice little mall directly outside, but Google maps had an issue finding it. Breakfast was good, wifi kept requesting that we logged in but otherwise no real issues

I would actually love to gate keep this place before it gets crowded. This place is across the street of a trendy shopping mall with tons of food choices. You have access down the road to street food as well as the MRT station. There are tons of local people in the neighborhood with a laundromat open 24 hours in the back of the hotel with a 7-11 there in the back too.

The hotel was a bit disappointing for 4 stars. Everything was quite old and in need of renovation. The room was old and the bathroom was very old as well. It’s hard to get in and out of the tub because it’s so high.

This was probably the worst hotel experience I ever had in my life. The room was an oven, the AC didn't work properly so the entire night a sauna. We couldn't sleep due to the heat. The next day we were woken up and asked to clear out the room since another guest is waiting, but due to the lack of sleep we couldn't wake up on time, we received another call and this time the receptionist had an aggressive tone and asked us to vacate the property immediately. We rushed to pack our things and leave as instructed, and went to a more expensive hotel. Never going back there again.

Good location, as you walk in the hotel is impressive but the rooms do not match the lobby area. Rooms were just ok, the biggest turn off is the bathroom, as it has and old step into shower that you have to step into about a foot high, so it you have limited mobility, I would not recommend it. The non slip shower map was folded waitng to be laid out in the shower on the far side of the tub, the bottom of t was literally black with mold, which was super disgusting and could not believe the maid would have had it waiting foe the next guest like that. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly. Simply put the bathroom really dated the room but everything else was fine. Good location!
