The family suit was very large and exceeded our expectations. Lovely spacious rooms and big sofa The gym was plenty good enough for the majority of gym goers. Lifts are a little busy but only a one or two minute wait. Breakfast is OK, nothing special. Staff are all lovely.

There was a leak in the bathtub and bathroom smelled bad. Also the refund for my hotel deposit takes 3 months. And also it’s not really clean inside and outside our room. The service was average.

We had a good stay at JC Kevin overall. The pool area was lovely and the unit we had was spacious and comfortable. The room, however was showing its age and needed a few touch ups . We also had a leak in the kitchen sink while we were there and it had to be repaired even though we didn’t use the kitchen because there was no cutlery or dinnerware ( not sure why this was not provided as this unit had a full kitchen and should have had that option for guests to cook if they wanted). We were given free breakfasts for our stay which was a surprise as I had not paid for that option. Breakfast was good overall with lots of choices. Only downside was the coffee. The hotel was not that close to the old city but east to get Grab or a taxi.

Wonderful and welcoming staff. Breakfast buffet was really good too and the staff were very attentive. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment in this hotel. The dust was collected in the carpet corners and under the bed, my 3rd old developed skin rash. It seems like an old building, maintenance lacking in the apartment we stayed, taps were broken.

Hotel is in a good location. The rooms definitely need a renovation. The breakfast is ordinary and overpriced. The other restaurants are just ok. I would recommend that you not eat at hotel because there are many dinning options nearby within 10 minutes walking distance.

Transportation should be free to Airport, but they arrange the cab made us pay 700Baht.They didnt even pick us up at Airport when we Requested in advance. Receptionist was not Really helpful. Room was not ready when we checked in @5pm. they had to change the different room. Lower level. We all got food poisning after the breakfast. ended up resting all day and next day. Not good experience.

I booked this hotel based on others’s great review. Unfortunately my experience wasn’t great, just like some other people’s bad experience. What I love the most was the friendly staff, everyone were super helpful and friendly. What I did not enjoy this hotel were the facilities: the hallway was stinky strong bad odors, room has bad sewer problems I believe because both of the bathrooms in my suite had really bad odors that smell like poop (I’m sorry but it was that bad) , the house keeper just kept using air fresheners/ poured some liquid the the drainage to “cover” those smell). Most important part which I dislike about this hotel: this hotel has restaurants and bar that open to public so everyone has access to the elevators to every single floor, this is concerning because not like other hotel that requires room card to access to certain floor, so basically everyone can get to your room door without any hassle. And for this building that has 38 floors, everyone share all 3 elevators so it could take forever to reach your floor or wait for the elevator (separate lower level vs higher levels would be helpful)

Staff was great service and breakfast included option was exceptional one of the best by far. Vast choices buffet and to made orders it was more like a brunch buffet. Also spa included gym and steam and sauna facilities great. Pool deck and view of skyline remarkable. Weekend nightly shows included with dinner purchas and also tour excursion desk on site.
