"I had an amazing time, One thing i would say is the checking process needs to be improved as with other resort that stands out they make you feel special the minute you walk in, they get your passport or checking information, put you to sit down and give you something to drink etc come check up on you can tell you how the checkin process is going ..... here at breathless it was't that way, you stayed in line, some people get the treatment like larger group someone will come up and say let me get your passport, and the mini bar in the front desk did not cather for everyone, they give welcome drink to selective people .... i am only writing here so they can improve. Overall Experience however was excellent, Property cleanliness is top notch and super friendly staff, i even got a free coconut from one of the maintaince person task with picking the coconut from the tree early in the morning. i would recommend this place. "

"Our view of the rainforest was breathtaking! The hotel was beautiful and clean, service was excellent and we were very happy with out stay. The only thing we did not like is that we were put into an adjoining room and at first we could hear the noise. The hotel offered to give us another room but it did not have the view. All in all, things worked out. Great stay! "

"I took my mother for her 75th birthday! It was such an amazing time. Our room was beautiful (2 bathrooms, jacuzzi on balcony, 2 entrances to balcony, seperated sitting room with another tv with privacy doors, soaking tub in room as well separate from shower )! The service staff were so very friendly and made my mom smile every encounter. The entertainment crew, specifically Xavier and Chacolate, were top notch and made the trip so very special for mom. Thank you! Mom loved the spanish lessons, but most importantly the dance lessons and Xavier and Chocolate bringing her out to the dance floor every evening! Them 2 gentlemen made her feel like royalty every day! Our butler was extremely helpful. The food was great with beautiful display! The evening entertainment was spectacular. This resort is beautiful. I wouldnt change a thing! It was a dream vacation with my mother. It was my 2nd time at this resort. "
