"Had to pay to get my room before 3pm even as a Marriott member. Room was available but they wouldn’t assign it unless I paid an additional $40 not the service I am accustom from a Marriott property "

"The view from the room was amazing, the cleaning crew was amazing as well, we did experience water pipe sound through each night of our stay in room 8584, my kids did not sleep well because of the sound. "

"This resort is clean, well-kept and keeps to the underwater lost city theme with underground caverns filled with fish, waterslides that go into shark tanks etc. There is so much to see and do that no one will be bored. My only negative is how expensive the food and drinks are. If you are planning on eating breakfast, lunch and dinner on the resort property, plan to budget about $200USD per day for each adult and about $50USD per day per child. Some rooms have fully equipped kitchens and there is a few grocery stores on Paradise Island where you can get groceries if you want to save some money and cook for yourself. Other than that, the resort is absolutely beautiful and we will 100% be back. "

"The pool side is quiet and well kept. The internet is great. The food choices are good too. There is a bit of noise from outside sometimes loud music etc, for some rooms. Staff are friendly and helpful. The prices are the same as any 4 star hotel in the US."

"Clean room, friendly staff, pool was very nice. They had a Mariachi band during dinner; very nice. we had a good time. My wife really loved the Casino. Fridays and Saturdays they had live Merengue Bands inside casino area."
