"Staff , food , the properly it was amazing time there "

"The property is very visually appealing and clean. Even though JOIA itself was somewhat small “small” having access to the other two adjoining properties made up for that. Of the three, JOIA to us had the nicest beach as even though small it had way less of the plagued seaweed that is sweeping across the Caribbean. Staff were courteous and helpful. The Iberostar app needs a little work but overall it added a layer of convenience and organization to our stay. Events were listed clearly on app and throughout the properties. Last point is on the food. Overall, to us nothing was mind blowingly delicious but most everything was decent. Buffets had good selections and offered some traditional foods to Jamaica as well. Definitely would visit again sometime."

"The staff were extremely friendly! Everything was so nice the pools were excellent and the food was great especially the jerk hut. Only thing was only one bar had the alcohol I liked Jose the dark .other than that no complaints I definitely will be back. "

"We had a fantastic stay. Customer service was great. We loved that the resort not too large and so we could easily walk to different areas of it as needed. Perhaps the best part though was the food, in particular the Jamaican food. We were impressed with the variety of Jamaican dishes available. Everything was delicious and we never ran into any issues with food running out at any of the eating areas (which is usually a common issue we run into when we visit Jamaica)"
