"The property is very visually appealing and clean. Even though JOIA itself was somewhat small “small” having access to the other two adjoining properties made up for that. Of the three, JOIA to us had the nicest beach as even though small it had way less of the plagued seaweed that is sweeping across the Caribbean. Staff were courteous and helpful. The Iberostar app needs a little work but overall it added a layer of convenience and organization to our stay. Events were listed clearly on app and throughout the properties. Last point is on the food. Overall, to us nothing was mind blowingly delicious but most everything was decent. Buffets had good selections and offered some traditional foods to Jamaica as well. Definitely would visit again sometime."

"I had an amazing vacation. The service was great, the room were beautiful, and they had different events each night while we were there which was nice. Only thing I would suggest is try to check out earlier than 11 of you can because there is only one line and it gets very backed up."

"We had a fantastic stay. Customer service was great. We loved that the resort not too large and so we could easily walk to different areas of it as needed. Perhaps the best part though was the food, in particular the Jamaican food. We were impressed with the variety of Jamaican dishes available. Everything was delicious and we never ran into any issues with food running out at any of the eating areas (which is usually a common issue we run into when we visit Jamaica)"

"We came back last night. 1st time in Jamaica.We stayed 6 nights vacation for family of 12 including small kids and seniors.. we had the most wonderful time . We did a room upgrade to the new building and the room and view was amazing. The room was spacious and clean. The restaurants and food were excellent. Some out of my comfort some because of the spicy but overall was amazing. They have variety for all. I tried some food that I never thought in my life that I will be eating..The pool super huge and beautiful. No worries about pool and beach chairs or towels. My only suggestion will be the night life..begins too early and most of the time we were eating and by 10 pm is done. They should have a little more live music and different activities because we came across with 2 wedding around the entertainment area and there was no entertainment at all those 2 nights. Besides that everything was amazing… I hear the adult area (Zilara) has more night entertainment but with the kids we couldn’t go!…the beach was a 10+ and the resort areas super green and beautiful.the staff super friendly… we also came across with 2-3 rude staff members in some locations but overall everyone was really nice…. We celebrated my daughter’s birthday and we loved it!!! Jamaica u were better than expected! We will definitely come back!!!!"
