Although our original Christmas 2025 trip was delayed due to Hurricane Melissa, the experience we had during spring break was more than worth the wait. From the very beginning, Marsha made everything special. Her warm, welcoming energy over the phone made us excited to visit, and in person she exceeded every expectation. Her kindness, beautiful spirit, and attention to detail made my children and me feel completely at home. She went above and beyond to ensure we had rooms with breathtaking views—something we will never forget. The entire staff was incredibly kind and hospitable, greeting us warmly and assisting with our luggage upon arrival. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained despite the recent hurricane damage. The food was also outstanding—both breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious. The level of customer service was unmatched and truly set this experience apart. I am so grateful for such a memorable stay and will definitely be returning soon. "So this place is still recovering from the hurricane. It isn't quite there yet but it's one of the best views I've ever seen of a sunset. Good for people not expecting perfection and are reasonable. Great price and an awesome view"
