"We had a beautiful, clean room with a gorgeous view of the sunset over the golf course and mountains. We loved the resort amenities, especially the private island, restaurants, and pools. I highly recommend El Conquistador to anyone who wants to relax or seek adventure. It was a great experience for our family! (One note, you must take your parking pass to be validated at the hotel, or they will not let you out of the parking lot, even if you received a ticket upon entry. That was the only source of frustration during our stay, and they do not tell you that upon checkin nor when you enter the property, nor when you speak to the valet.)"

"I really appreciated the complimentary meditation session with Ruth and we also really appreciated the helpfulness and service and overall niceness of our waiter, Louis or Lewis, at the Grill by the Pool. The pizza at your Italian restaurant was fantastic. Some of the best we have ever had, including in Naples. "

"Hotel, location, pool, bartenders were all great! AC worked! Rooms are simple, hotel is older but great over all! Try Morton's Steakhouse, need a resy! "

"Hotel is nice overall. Rooms are small. Pool is small and there is seating for maybe 12 people. Beach is not white sand and you have to cross the freeway to get to it. Bali had 6 designated loungers. If you are to find a comfy spot anywhere get there early. I only saw the pool bar open. $$18 drinks. Did not use the restaurant or spa. Friendly staff. Our room was only cleaned once for a 6 day stay though :(. Bottom line to me this hotel was not worth the price. "

"Breakfast Buffet horrible food terrible and service worse. No attendant watching the seating area to clean tables and direct guests for seating. Had an area marked reserved that people were seating in as only place to sit. Then a staff member came and told them they had to leave that area. "

"Our experience was the staff was amazing, the restaurant was good, the pool looked nice but we didn’t use it. The room however did not look like any of the rooms on the website, no hot water in the shower, did have a/c but still very sticky in our room. "

"We had a lovely ocean view and enjoyed the pool area. The restaurant was across the street via sky walk at the Hilton Garden Hotel. This hotel and the rooms need updating but was clean. Beds were soft but we didn’t mind. "
