The property was fairly clean. I had the Junior Suite. There were a few stray hairs on the pull out couch, but otherwise everything else was perfect. The balcony was nice. The rooftop was very enjoyable and relaxing.

Our room was clean, comfortable well appointed modern with simply the best bed to sleep on when you’re on vacation. It’s the reason I booked the hotel and honestly, it really is true. The hotel itself is smaller, but in a great location with a lot of professionals more couples. Less smaller children, which is what we were looking for on our journey.

Staff was friendly and desk staff did what they could to get room ready. The bath sink leaked and there is no exhaust fan. We couldn’t use all of our rewards each day because of the way they were set up. Overall it was nice. However, there should be a better informal kitchen that includes more choices like fresh fruit and cereal as well as coffee and danish

Great family stay in a perfect Condado location We had a really enjoyable stay at the AC Hotel by Marriott San Juan Condado. The hotel is modern, clean, and very well maintained, with a calm and stylish atmosphere that made it easy to relax after busy days exploring Old San Juan. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and cafés, which made things very convenient when traveling with kids. The rooftop pool area was a real highlight for our family, offering great views and a nice place to unwind. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and overall the service was smooth and professional. Rooms were comfortable, quiet, and thoughtfully laid out. All in all, a great base for a family trip to San Juan — we would definitely stay here again.

The shower was amazing at this hotel, the staff was absolutely amazing - very polite! The only thing I didn’t love was the lighting in the room there were a couple of lamps and then spot lights through out the room hard to look in the mirror with shadows. Otherwise everything was great!!!

The AC was a great stay. The location is within walking distance to the beach which is breathtaking on good days, the waves vary & you can experience areas with minimal activity. The popular breakfast spot Pinky’s is just a block away as well as Anita gelato which is open late. The town has a lot to offer with food & there’s a pizzeria with a speakeasy that come highly recommended & I only came across it on my last night Sunday but it was closed. There are other bars & restaurants that are open after 1AM but it’s better to get there before then because they say everything closes around 2. The rooms are basic & nice, nothing fancy, it can get cold but once you step onto the balcony you understand why. The best thing is the pool, albeit nothing big but it’s charming. I didn’t get to experience the rest of the amenities such as Bar.C.Lona / (gym was being remodeled) & the breakfast buffet price wasn’t desirable, thought it’s not complimentary, you get a discount for it depending on how you book. All in all , I truly enjoyed my time here & would book again.

Amazing hotel hospitality was great, ambiance fantastic, didn’t try the food but the restaurant at the hotel looked great. Overall great experience. A little walk to the beach but hotel provides chairs and towels. Great place to stay.
