"I like that the cleaning stuff was very pleasant. I had a bad experience with one of the valley parking people outside, they were very rude and very nasty. It was a female with glasses. I like that we were able to use the Sister hotel when needed. I didn’t like the fact that there is no actual breakfast area. I had to go to the Sister hotel to have a good breakfast. The elevator was out of order the whole time that we were there so there was only one elevator that was in use so it took a long time to get to your room waiting for only one elevator."

"The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant Kuero inside of the hotel is phenomenal with incredible views. The parking situation could use a little work but other than that, I would love to stay there again. "

"The staff was great. The hotel was clean. I had a poolside room, amazing. The hotel bar sells overpriced mediocre drinks, just go across the street to the Supermax and grab a bottle of your favorite spirit. Overall great stay. My only complaint is that the key cards would not work properly. I probably went through about 6."
