Our stay at Hotel Nest was great. The staff was nice and one guy even took our bags upstairs, no elevators at the hotel. The room was nice and cozy. The area wasn’t the best but once you walk around you seen the nice art work it made up for the area. Will recommend

Hotel suited our needs for a 2 night stay before a cruise. Clean room and bathroom. Air conditioning worked in our room and we had hot water. Hotel is in an urban, artsy area, check out the murals in the area. We walked to a nearby restaurant and did not feel unsafe. . The patio on the 3rd floor is great for reading and watching the sunset. Property has parking in the back. Front desk staff was very helpful. No elevator so be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs. It was easynfor us to drive from the hotel to Old San Juan and to El Yunque National Forest.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The room had a TV with Roku and airconditioning. The breakfast was a small buffet of prepackaged foods. The hot water didn't work on all days. The property is close to the train station. Overall a quiet and pleasant place.

Hotel Nest is super cute w/ spacious, clean rooms, and extra friendly staff. I enjoyed morning coffee in common balcony areas. BUT…the location is strange; not much to do (restaurants, shopping, bars), lots of vacant buildings, and not as lively as I’m used too in PR. Even still we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel!

It was not suitable for handicap persons as there was no mention of steps, I had a lot of trouble climbing up and down. Breakfast was far below expectations. Only good part is staff that went an extra mile to help me with my disability. Please mention it in your website.

Room was clean and the desk clerk was helpful and polite. He carried our bags to our room. The room was very comfortable. We had a nice tv and private bath. The bed was comfortable. The desk clerk ordered food for us to be brought to the hotel.

The room was clean. The floors needed updating. Staff was exceptional--especially Abraham. Very helpful with luggage. Needs handrails all the way up to the first floor vs partial. No blow dryer in room but was provided upon request. Need tourist information and maps in lobby area. Downfall was there was no elevator.

The staff was very nice. I had expressed that my dad is disabled and we would’ve liked a first floor room. In fairness the hotel wrote back to say that the ADA room would’ve cost $70 more and my parents opted to pass on the extra cost. When they arrived, they were assigned to the THIRD FLOOR! With no elevator, I’m disappointed that they already had the information and still placed them on the top floor. They could have at least assigned them the second floor room. The young lady in reception was so kind and took their luggage up for them and I am so grateful for her.
