"They offer a wide range of amenities. The pools are free, but you’ll need a day pass to the spa to access the hot tub. All of the restaurants were amazing—my favorite was Nectar. It’s the perfect place if you want to spend your entire stay at the resort, with plenty of things to do."

"We stayed four nights as a family of four. It was our hub for a vacation. LOVED the breakfast with the omelet bar and the free happy hour. Kids spent lots of time in the pool. We used the patio restaurant and the grab and go cafe and both were good. We also walked to Isla verde beach - easy 2 blocks and used the hotel umbrellas, chairs, and towels. Parking was easy in the attached garage but they charge $25 a day plus tax which I hadn’t realized was extra. The room was spacious and clean - only complaints was inconsistent hot water in the shower. Would stay again."

"Staff was great. Hotel has options for coffee and restaurants. If you like pools, you’re in luck. There a multiple in the property. They seemed to be very clean. We prefer the ocean, and swam there. The way the beach is situated, you can swim not having to worry about waves…it was wavy all 5 days we were there. There’s plenty of parking near by, if needed. Room was clean; it had a balcony with a nice view."

"The property is gorgeous! Everything you could possibly want. Did not realize and maybe I missed the small print, but you cannot pay for anything in cash at the resort. Other than that our state was absolutely perfect and one of the most relaxing times I have ever had."

"The property was very nicely maintained, including the pool and lobby. The breakfast was excellent with variety. Complimentary daily happy hour was a great a unexpected perk. The room left a lot to be desired. The furniture and the overall decor was very dated. The carpet looked like it needed a good cleaning or to be replaced. No drapes on the window, just darkening blinds that looked a little beat up. Lastly, front desk staff could use a refresh on hospitality."

"The room was clean and in a very beautiful location. You get beach access which was nice. Pool open late as well. Staff was friendly. Would book again if I plan another trip to Puerto Rico. Had a great time. "

"Food from the restaurant was ok, drinks was good. I had a passion fruit smoothie. Breakfast was fresh. Staff service was good. Room was ok, tiny in size compared to other hotels. We had to call maintenance because the sink was clogged and the bathtub water pooled before it drained while you’re taking a shower. Hotel is ok for a layover but wouldn’t recommend if staying for longer than that. Positive thing, although that we were right at the airport it was not really noticeable as the rooms are said to be soundproof. Parking garage was right across the ramp. They are also right next to a police station. Considering that we were still at the airport it felt safe enough. "
