"Todo estuvo perfecto, bonito Hotel, la piscina espectacular, lo único que no encontré muy bien es la demora en entregar las habitaciones yo vivo en Miami el vuelo mío llegó a las 9 de la mañana y estaba en el Hotel alrededor de las 9:30 tuvimos q esperar hasta las 2 de la tarde para q nos entregaran la habitación fue incomoda esa espera, el personal del bar que está en la piscina súper"

"The resort facilities are very impressive. The activities were excellent. Going to the island each day rather than the hotel pools is how I would spend my vacation there if I were to go again. The resort pools are great but the island is excellent. Everyone is friendly and willing to help. However food service and food quality in general was underwhelming. I would not recommend room service or Sicilia. There are great restaurants offsite. I would recommend them over the resort if seeking an upscale meal. They’re fine for sandwiches, pizza, and breakfast. The Secret Room is a must. Great show. The bioluminescence tour is apparently hit or miss. If you go there, or frankly anywhere, use an Uber. Cheaper every time and very responsive. If you go to dinner locally or to the Bioluminescence tour it will cost you $6-7. If you use their service it will cost you $60. One last point I want to make and I feel this is important to take into consideration when you’re booking a room. If you are seeking an Ocean view and they put you in the building overlooking the harbor, it’s important to know that they are renovating a set of rooms from the hurricane destruction. They are using pneumatic Jack hammers for construction and will start at 8 am and it goes on alllll day. Not on Saturday or Sunday. Beautiful view. If not for the construction worth every penny."

"Not an all inclusive resort! The security deposit is outrageous! They also have unexpected fees! I REPEAT NOT ALL INCLUSIVE ‼️ u have to pay for everything on the resort everything!! "
