Staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. This was my second trip to the Royal Sonesta in San Juan. I hope there is a third!"

The guys outside who provided rides to and from the beach were friendly, started conversations and informed us of amenities in the immediate area without us having to ask. Highly recommend "
