"Beautiful hotel. Yes can use a little paint in some small areas. Rooms and shared spaces are very clean. Only guests can access the pools and beach. Beach is very clean and even includes a small reef with tropical fish. Great pools and grounds. Small tropical garden is very peaceful. For a quick breakfast skip the Starbucks and go to the ice cream shop. Cheaper good local coffee and sandwiches. Absolutely lively staff. Hotel is a quick ride share drive to Old SJ and airport."

"Unfortunately when we arrived the back was not functioning. The staff were great and responded and said “fixed “ and the first night was horrible. Next morning we complained again and they moved our room and informed us there are certain rooms that are blocked off for Expedia and the original room was one of them. Other than that location, pool and beach were great! Check the AC upon arrival!!"

"The property was very clean and updated, the bed was comfortable and the linens of good quality. The location was great and walking distance from many attractions. On the down side, the room did not have a window and that was not disclosed beforehand. Additionally, the thermostat display and the LED mirror switch were very bright which made it impossible to sleep without a sleep mask. On the plus side, Andre’s and Alix at the front desk were super kind and helpful with all our needs."
