"While my oceanfront room had incredible views, the bathroom showed signs of wear and tear. Also, I could not get the coffee maker to produce anything but hot water. Those were my only issues and I didn't really care. Loved the mango cheesecake at their beachfront restaurant, OceanView, and the pool area was very nice. The staff was warm and helpful, especially William who helped us store our bags after checkout. Please check out the restaurant Metropol (5 min walk once you turn left out of the property) and La Cuerva de la Mar (best fish tacos I ever had)."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. When we came to this property we were pleasantly impressed by the cleanliness of the room, the grounds and the pool. It’s just a 10 minute walk to the beach and centrally located in walking distance to other restaurants and shops. I recommend this hotel for single travelers, couples and families."

"The beach was wonderful and the food was good. My favorite was the café colado. I absolutely loved the coffee. I believe areas to improve would be housekeeping. Our room got cleaned only once. We ran out of soap and toilet tissue and had to go to the front desk."

"This hotel is a little gem in Isla Verde. Its location is excellent—just a short walk from the beautiful and popular Isla Verde Beach, as well as many restaurants, convenience stores, and gas stations. 8 minutes to the airport. The free parking was a big plus, and the air conditioning worked great, which made our stay very comfortable. I truly loved the conffy pillows and bed. (I slept good) The customer service was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. While the property could benefit from some modern upgrades and there was no refrigerator in the room, it offered good value for the price. Overall, you get what you pay for, and for a budget-friendly stay in a great location, this hotel is a solid choice. Love the strays cats in the parking lot. Feed them and hopefully they will be taken care with lots of love."

"This was an amazing weekend getaway. We enjoyed the on-site restaurants and. Bar. The Casino was exciting. Front desk staff were kind and helpful. I wish they had a shuttle to and from the airport and different activities, but Uber ing was easy. The breakfast was good, coffee was warm. Rooms were kept clean and tidy.I enjoyed San Juan to the fullest. Can't wait till our next visit and will definitely stay at The Embassy Suits by Hilton in San Juan Puerto Rico!!"
