"We stayed in mar del Norte 3 which is around the corner from the original location. Room #1 had a massive kitchen, living room, dining room. Small full size bed and bath. (Paid for a king) Gated. Close to tennis court. Staff was nice. Beach and food across the pedestrian bridge a few blocks over. Cute shared patio with jacuzzi out back. Lots of windows in kitchen that look directly to the patio"

"The room was perfectly sized and the balcony was beautiful in the morning sun. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast with great coffee that energized us for the day. The location was further from the main part of San Juan (~15 mins) but we rented a car so it was super easy to get to. The hotel is across a plaza that was nice to walk around in and the shops/businesses in the area were pleasant to explore. There are so many powerful murals in the area! I highly recommend this hotel, I’m looking...

"It’s a beautiful property and conveniently located. There’s a lot in walking distance including the beach, restaurants and stores. The staff was helpful and friendly and they allowed me to store my luggage before my check-in so I could explore without lugging a giant suitcase. "

The terrace next to my room was a plus and again the place isn’t amazing but it’s does its job. Convenient to all locations in San Juan. I enjoyed it. No complaints here"

"This is a great spot to stay for vacation. The place has a nice set up if you don’t want to go out, clean rooms, amenities available and air conditions rooms as well. They also do tours if you’re not sure what to do while you’re there! I would recommend this place and also go back when I’m in Puerto Rico."

"Staff worked very diligently to check us early after a cruise disembarking. We were able to stow our luggage and explore the area while we waited. The Pueblo a huge grocery store gave us a chance to experience and compare shopping between Texas and Puerto Rico. Overall nice location due to nearby restaurants, beach, shopping and proximity to airport. "

"Clean and comfortable enough. It wasn’t too far to the beach, but also not a “quick path.” If you’re looking for shopping, skip the San Juan mall and drive 10 minutes to old San Juan. This was a very cool area. Park in the pink parking garage and you are in the center of everything."

"Yes, the room was clean and staff at the condo were always attentive to our needs and were very helpful. The area was close to everything. I could walk to eat, or check out bars, go souvenir shopping, ect. The beach is a minute away. You walk outside and make a left...you're on the beach! Love, love, loved my stay."

"We loved the neighborhood with proximity to the beach (hotel provides beach chair vouchers), restaurants, grocery store, etc. Rooms were large, kitchenette well-equipped and free laundry a nice bonus. Helpful, friendly staff. Upper floors are better for ocean views, but alert: 8th floor has solid-wall balconies rather than see-through. A small drawback in a wonderful week in Isla Verde."
