My room smelled like sewage water. There were stains on the carpet. The room was much smaller than what was presented on the website. There was no hot water. The check-in experience was not what was presented by the hotel instructions that advertised guests receiving a check-in email with access codes at the time of check-in. The check-in email with hotel access codes did not initially work when received so several attempts had to be made to get access codes. The formal check-in email was sent 2 days later.

I was highly disappointed with my experience at this hotel. It was outdated, damaged, dirty and constantly smelled like sewage. Anything in the room that was medal, was covered in rust. My bedding was dirty at check in, the rugs were stained all over, and the nightstand & desk had stains on them that I was told couldn’t be removed. If I was staying at a motel, I would expect stuff like this but it took me by complete surprise and I was very disappointed.

This property has mildew carpet . Tik tok reviews also advised me of this but I did not know the smell was so bad & overwhelming . Carpet needs to be removed . Carpet was soaked when we first came & we opened windows & cut the air down to make the floor dry & get the smell out. Other than that the room that we got was a nice size for 3 women. Lighting is bad if you put on make up.

I don't usually write reviews, but I feel like this hotel experience was different from what I expected. Before booking your stay, I recommend asking questions to avoid any confusion. When I arrived, I noticed that there was no one working at the hotel, except for a really friendly lady who was only there in the morning when someone was checking out. If you need anything, there isn't a working phone number or person available. The only way to contact the hotel is through email, which can be a little inconvenient. When I got to the hotel, I didn't know how to enter the property because I never received the email with the instructions. It was around 8 pm and I was stuck outside, but luckily two nice guys at the restaurant next door explained how to get in touch with the hotel and provided me with the necessary codes. Another issue was with my room reservation. I booked a room with a sofa, but my room only had a bed and nothing else. When I emailed the hotel to ask about it, they told me that the rooms no longer come with a sofa. However, I noticed that two rooms next to mine did have a sofa inside. Overall, this hotel experience was a bit confusing and different from what I expected.
