"My experience was pleasant. Nice staff, nice place, clean room, great housekeeping service but I had some issues with the A/C first night, clogged toilet because the pipes are connected, no water for short period of time but overall my experience was good. I'll go back if I have the opportunity."

"I was hesitant in staying at this property due to reviews that I found on other platforms. Expedia has only good reviews, but when you look deeper, they are pretty bad. Our stay was excellent! We arrived hours before check in and were able to store luggage and use the pool and beach facilities while waiting. It was the perfect start of a relaxing morning to our vacation. The lobby and main areas of hotel are exacerbated as pictured. The only difference was the bathroom mirrors were very old and “peeling”. But that is it. Our room had an amazing ocean view, comfortable beds, and clean. Great location by many restaurants and easy to navigate the area. The concierge Caesar- I need to give a special shout out to- he was such a welcoming gentleman. He is friendly and full of fun character, we felt so welcomed by his presence and was the highlight of our stay."
