"Top notch! Will definitely stay here again. Great location, delicious breakfast buffet and Ocean Breeze Bar was fun. Workout facilities were clean and full of latest equipment. There were plenty of areas to go and relax, the ocean was relaxing and the rooms were clean and quiet!"

"The location is great, with good beach access and helpful staff to provide chairs and umbrellas. Pool was good. "

"I don't know their names, but when we first got there at 6 am the morning of check in, the tall gal at the front desk was terrible, not helpful, unfriendly, etc. The shorter front desk person came in about 11 and was extremely helpful, got us a room right away. Alex was great!"

"The Hilton was in a great location. Not far from old San Juan. It offered a private beach which was very nice. The bartenders at the swim up bar were very friendly. "

"The hotel looks like a dump; the staff are rude; I had graffiti on our room door; the room looked like a prison cell with little if any furniture; the bathroom room was the size of an airplane toilet and it looked like something you would find at a gas station; bedding and towels were almost see through; room smelled like a sewer; Expedia photos are truly deceptive and completely inaccurate "

"The staff was really nice, the pool was nice and the small beach with reserved chairs and umbrellas was great. We snorkeled right off the beach and saw lots of tropical fish, cute hermit crabs were always out at night, loved the sound of waves crashing on the rocks. This place is ok if you want some relaxing, non-busy time with your family. The vibe is just okay quality wise. Rooms and amenities are a little old and run down, but totally met our needs as we were out and about most days. Wished there was two working elevators. The restaurant food was good and the breakfast area had good coffee and breakfast options. Not sure if we’d stay there again but was a great price for the week. Pros and cons, but overall I’d recommend."
