"Convenient location and great staff."

"We love the location, we got two rooms with balcony one, the door opened to see outside which it was wonderful, the other one was broken, we arrived late and missed to call maintenance to get it repaired. The staff was very nice and professional, we walked to restaurants and saw cruise ships arriving to the port from our balcony.The rooms were beautiful and spacious! We highly recommend this hotel. No parking however the hotel routed us to a public parking and gave us a discount for it. "

"The property was beautiful, The stay was excellent, The personnel was wonderful. Unfortunately the parking experience was just OK. I was charged when I arrived for the entire time that I was going to be there, upfront then when I change my vehicle and let them know that I had to change it with the rental company, I was charged daily for the parking even though I had already paid. I let several persons know, several times. They tried to fix it, but they were unsuccessful. I am going to address this with my credit card company. It shouldn’t be so difficult."
