"We personally would never choose to stay at this facility again. The Pool view looked 3rd world, The TV service was atrocious in both rooms. one of the rooms had a few small roaches, Paint was pealing off the ceiling, and the entire place seemed to be thrown together in cheap. Two dresser draws were broken.Also they mentioned that since their pool was under construction that the neighboring Hotel The El San Juan Hotel will vouch the guest of the ESJ Hotel to have access to the El San Juan Hotel pool and facility which turned out to be false. ."

"We only stayed here one night, as it is very close to the airport and our plane landed after midnight. The staff was accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and I would recommend this to anyone looking for a convenient stay near the airport and beach (a 2 minute walk gets you to the ocean). "
