"The hotel was clean, convenience, location was excellent staff was good, the food was amazing a little pricey, I wish there was an option for a all-inclusive package, considering food and liquor adds up"

"The staff was very nice, but the hotel is still under construction, also breakfast needs to be better coordinated- birds are constantly trying to take your food, and needs better directions on how to get to the main lobby, I walked 3 times around the whole building trying to get in!"

"We arrived 7 hours late and at 2AM due to issues with weather for the flight. We were greeted kindly at the front desk by a gentleman who checked us in quickly and even gave us a free room upgrade to a poolside villa . The hotel is beautiful as well as the grounds and every area of the hotel is clean. The pool and beach staff are readily available to provide towels and set up chairs and all staff members we encountered were kind. They offer sunblock and aloe right at the towel stands as well as cold lemon water. My only complaint is the food at the resort is pricy but to be expected given the caliber of the hotel. We will be booking this resort again when we return to San Juan."
