"We enjoyed our 4-night stay, The rooms were very spacious with a comfortable bed. Large balconies overlooking the lovely property. Great big up to the entertain team for making our days! Special big up to “Billy”. Excellent food choices always delicious with a wide variety/ multiple restaurants to choose from. The highlight of our night was the disco 11p-2am. Really had a great time dancing all night. Will be back next year to celebrate our anniversary again. Negative was the long check-in. Also we did not get a banner placed on our door for our anniversary in spite of several reminders."

"Es una propiedad muy bonita, lo que no me gustó es que no hay carrito para transportar, hay que caminar mucho para llegar a ciertos lugares dentro del mismo hotel, como por ejemplo el parque acuático, para mi padre fue agotador. Todo lo demás excelente, el recinto precioso, pudimos ver el hotel nuevo que está bellísimo. Algunos camareros y Bartender fueron muy amables, otros no. No tuve oportunidad de hacer reservaciones en ningún restaurante."

"Property was nice. Unfortunately we were not greeted upon arrival (we may have arrived during a shift change though). That said, staff was welcoming. We traveled with teens & disabled grandparents , there was plenty of activities, but I would have lived if they advertised the activities similar to when u cruise. We often stumbled onto them & would have loved to “know” & plan our dinners around them. Dinner reservations were a challenge. We were assigned a concierge, but never heard from or actually met them & were later told they are there to help us make dinner reservations. We were fortunate that the staff at restaurants were extremely accommodating & helpful (especially with our group size & variation of accommodations). Overall great experience, just wish we knew how to “better plan” out our time there."

"The resort itself was absolutely beautiful, with stunning grounds and a relaxing atmosphere. Unfortunately, the accommodations didn't reflect what I would expect from a 5-star resort. The room had several maintenance and cleanliness issues, including rusty faucets and stains on the bedding, which was disappointing. During our stay, the electricity went out for a few hours. While it wasn't ideal, it wasn't the biggest issue and we were able to move past it. What left the biggest negative impression was my experience with one of the waiters. I've visited the Dominican Republic several times, and one of the things I've always appreciated is the warmth and hospitality of the people. I've never had a negative interaction with a staff member until this trip. The waiter's attitude and service left a bad taste in my mouth and unfortunately overshadowed many of the positive aspects of the vacation. Overall, the resort has a lot of potential because the property is beautiful, but improvements are needed in room maintenance, cleanliness, and consistency in customer service to truly meet 5-star expectations."
