"I rarely leave reviews, but this place was beyond unacceptable.
After arriving late from a flight, the last thing I expected was to walk into what can only be described as a filthy, poorly managed property. The front desk staff was immediately rude and completely unhelpful—no sense of urgency, no professionalism, and definitely no customer service.
The room itself was disgusting. The bed had only a single sheet, no proper mattress protection, and the “comforter” looked like an old, worn-out throw blanket. That alone was bad enough—but what pushed it over the edge was what we found next.
Out of concern, we checked the mattress with a light… and saw bugs.
At that point, we were done. We were in the room for maybe 30 minutes before deciding there was no way we could stay there.
When we returned to the front desk, there was zero accountability. No apology. No concern. Instead, they tried to pressure me into signing a waiver agreeing to pay fees, which was honestly unbelievable given the condition of the room.
This place is not just low quality—it’s unsanitary. If you’re expecting even basic cleanliness or service, do not book here. Save yourself the time, money, and stress."
