"Majority of the staff were amazing… with the exception of the pool bartenders… they were just the opposite…. Not very welcoming or fun if your an older white man…. Romell the door man was great and did all he could to accommodate… The cleaning staff was exceptional… they made my bothers birthday so special with a cake, balloons and always a clean room…love the swans…."

The front desk staffs specially the person who did the check in for us he was extremely helpful and very friendly. Thank you very much. About the room need to be painted wall are dirty. And bathroom as well."

"The staff was very friendly, especially Christobell. Good location for getting on a Cruise ship and very affordable. In the middle of lots of night life and restaurants. We will stay there again. Slept just as good as being in a $400 room. Air conditioning worked great. Plenty of hot water."
