The staff at the desk was the worst part of the trip. We got there and basically they told us they did not have the room we booked and when we left to check out the staff member was rude when I questioned a charge she rolled her eyes she was not friendly

Service is cold and neither friendly or unfriendly but we expect at least a little personal warmth or something when you are on vacation. It’s hard to describe how impersonal the staff is especially at check in. We have never experienced anything like it. Granted the hotels are huge but the staff need to at least pretend to care about their hotel guests who are spending $15 dollars for a bottle of Evian, $18 dollars for a bagel with cream cheese and $12 for a slice of regular pizza.

I love the place so much, lots of activities and food options also amazing views and very clean Only few things needed to change some workers specifically the ones who were working at the beach they were holding chairs for people who paid more money than people who were there earlier in the morning Also there was everyday people who were sitting on the beach selling stuff very loud and they hiding the beautiful beach view that you paid lots of money to get your quiet time we never see that anywhere else before

The property was clean and everything was walkable. The restaurants and shops are very, very over priced and the service can be improved. Many people seemed bothered when asked for additional help or questions. The best part was the waterpark that kept our kids entertained. There is no entertainment for families in the evening, no shows, no music. There is only the game zone where you have to pay of course. Overall, not the best place I've stayed. If the people were nicer and I didn't feel like I was price gauged for literally everything I bought, it would have been a better experience.

This was a great property for the kids. It would have been hard to find shade if we didn't reserve cabanas and beach daybeds. If it's windy and it was almost everyday we were there they won't put up umbrellas on the beach and they take out all of the fun beach floats at 3:30 so there isn't much for the kids to do on the beach after that. A lot of restaurant options and they seemed to be flexible with reservations somewhat. Everyone we came into contact with was pleasant and helpful.
