Had a great stay. Amazing staff, very attentive, kind, polite…everything you could ask for honestly. Our server Tracy Ann was amazing, the violin and cello shows were a highlight and we loved our yoga classes and the instructors David and Armando. Would definitely visit again

The property was very nice, I like the fact that while we waited for Check in we were able to enjoy the amenities. The nightlife activities were really entertaining, especially the fire dance team!

Pro: Beautiful hotel right on the beach. Beautiful pool and grounds. Food was delicious with great variety. My room was clean and spacious. The staff were helpful, friendly and professional. Con: the hotel gift shop charges US$20 for a bottle of 16 ounces GATORADE!!! Even though it is an all inclusive there is a charge for some night time shows!!

It was a great first time in Jamaica experience. Hospitality was great and everything was very clean. My only complaint was the rocks in the beach but I just stayed in the many pools..

The service, the views, the private beach we all stunning. The rooms are a bit dated, but the housekeeping was stellar. Always returned to a made bed, and clean towels. Picasso and Thali were awesome and Chef Qureshi at Thali, came and chatted with us at our table and the food was amazing. Overall I enjoyed the stay immensely and most of the staff were all very courteous and helpful. However the food at the las olas buffet were sub par, and some of the staff didn't seem too helpful
