"Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and taken to the check-in area, where the customer service from the lady at the desk was exceptional.
A special shoutout to Carlos, who was amazing—he took great care of us by securing our dining reservations and helping us with everything around the property. The staff at the kids' club was also wonderful with the children!
The resort offers a fantastic variety of restaurants to choose from, and the nightly entertainment was top-notch. Overall, this is a great hotel, and we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!"
