"We loved our accommodations and the cleaning staff. There was always a lounge available at the pool at anytime during the day. The beach is a short distance by car and a 10-15 minute walk and the Centrum grocery store is about 5 minutes by car and has a good supply of any needs. A great place to stay. "

"I was expecting at least 3 days supply of towels for a weeks stay. However they brought more on the 4th day. Limited kitchen dishes and pots however enough to make it through. DONT follow the Expedia GPS directions, lost for 2 hours. Property manager had to come get us. When we arrived the GPS said we still had more distance to go. Overall a good stay, would probably stay there again for the price. Outdoor amenities are awesome. "

"This is a great vacation spot in Simpson Bay. My wife and I celebrated our 25th here. The location and views are perfect. Walking distance to everything Simpson Bay and a great starting point for the whole island ( you need a car). Accommodations are as they look in the photos and the owners are attentive to all needs. Fully recommend. You won’t go wrong. "

Your own rooms are protected with door codes that are given to you by the owner to make sure nothing will be stolen. He also came over to ask me if I needed anything. Now the bad news. "Everything was great, the rooftop viewing area is being worked on which didn't diminish the beautiful view of the beach. Aguada was perfect for me, restaurants near by, a short drive to Rincón, Crash Boat Beach and my favorite, local bars and nice people. Milly, the cleaning person is the absolute best! She called to make sure I know about the tsunami warning we had, she actually cared though not part of her job I'm sure. I would definitely come back."
