"The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It offers free parking and free breakfast, which was very convenient. The location was great, close to attractions and activities (animators). The room was quiet, there was no noise at night, and the bed was very comfortable. I experience a plus that it rain the night I stayed and I was able to hear the raindrops (amazing experience) I would definitely stay here again."

However there were some major problems which will prevent us from coming back here. We had several issues, some of which were addressed and some were not. You are in the jungle, so there are ants.
